​We work with you to help you understand what you want for the future both individually and organisationally, how you will make that happen and your next practical steps. This will involve:

  • Fact finding meetings with CEO, and Chair.
  • Confidential meetings with the CEO to support them to plan for and achieve a positive transition.
  • Work with the board to plan the transition, both strategically and operationally.
  • Facilitate a meeting with the CEO and Chair to conclude the process.
  • Final report outlining what the charity needs to do to achieve a positive succession.
